Our communities include three independent living, age-restricted communities for those who want to downsize and live a more maintenance–free lifestyle – Summerfields West, Delta Hawaii, and Pine Ridge South. In some cases (not all), older adults move to these communities when they are recently retired, when their family home seems too large to manage, or they decide to downsize, or are simply planning for a new, and simpler lifestyle.

Our communities provide this style of living, which allows older adults to remain autonomous but offers specific amenities that match the lifestyle and maintenance-free living with structured activities, socialization and opportunities to enjoy the landscaped outdoors, and more.
